Fugitive Dekalb County Cop Captured In Belize

Following a lead given to the US Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service, police arrested fugitive Dekalb County Sheriffs Deputy Derrick Yancey in a bar in Punta Gorda, Belize.

Yancey is accused of murdering his 44 year old wife Linda Yancey (who was also a Dekalb police officer) and Marcial Cax Puluc, a 20 year old immigrant "day laborer", inside the Yancey's Stone Mountain, Georgia home in August of 2008. Yancey claimed that the day laborer had shot his wife and then he shot the day laborer. Yancey was arrested after ballistics tests confirmed that he had killed both victims.

On August 28, 2008 Dekalb Superior Court Judge Anne Workman ordered that the accused double murderer was to be released on bond and placed under "house arrest". On April 4, 2009, Yancey cut the electronic monitoring device off his ankle and fled from his mother's Clayton county home, where he had been living under "house arrest".

Yancey remained on the run for five months and was profiled on America's Most Wanted. He's also included in the show's "Cops On The Wrong Side Of The Law" feature.

Police in Belize say Yancey was taken into custody without incident in a bar in southern Belize on September 19, 2009.

"We had his photograph in our possession and upon identifying ourselves, he just handed over himself. There was no resistance in his arrest," said Inspector Andres Makin of the Punta Gorda Police Station.

Yancey will be extradited back to Georgia to face prosecution.

Fred Pangle uses a neighborhood map, Post-it notes and word-of-mouth to track crime statistics in his Rex subdivision.

The handyman said he maps crime for his Amberwood Neighborhood Association because he can’t get enough information from the Clayton County Police Department.

“They say they can’t tell us anything unless you’re the victim,” Pangle said. “Maybe if we had crime statistics, people might come to the realization of how unsafe it is and know what’s really going on.”

Under the Georgia Open Records Act, almost all initial crime incident reports are open to public review. Across the metro area, people get individual reports every day —- mostly for use in traffic cases or incidents in which they were victims.

But amid rising interest in crime rates, residents, civic groups or even reporters trying to determine broader trends in neighborhoods can find that getting information is more complicated.

Several county departments, including Clayton, Cobb and Gwinnett, generally limit access to reports on a specific incident or for a specific address. There is no ready access to incident logs.

“Open records law does not require an agency to allow open inspection of bulk or all reports,” said Cpl. Illana Spellman of Gwinnett County police. “Open records law requires that if a specific report is requested and is open to public disclosure, that the information be released.”

That’s wrong, said Hollie Manheimer, executive director of the Georgia First Amendment Foundation. Initial incident and arrest reports, she said, “are the classic public record. All of them are open, immediately and always, for public inspection.”

Hispanic Teen Arrested In Cobb County Hiking Trail Attack

Powder Springs, GA
Police in Powder Springs have arrested a 19 year old hispanic man in connection with a violent attack and another attempted robbery that occurred on a local hiking trail in the Cobb County town earlier this week.

Carlos Bracamonte was arrested on Thursday night and charged in connection with the assaults which took place along the Silver Comet Trail.

On Monday a Cobb County man reported that he was approached on the trail by a hispanic and four black men who demanded money, patted him down and released him after finding that he was carrying no cash.

As the man fled the area he came across another man, bloodied and beaten lying along the trail. Police reports indicate that the man was also attacked by the same perpetrators. He was treated for severe injuries at a local hospital and later released.

Then on Wednesday, the man who was beaten was again approached by four men dressed in black and wearing masks near Forest Hill Road. He was warned not to speak of the attack, one of the masked men telling him “We seen you on TV. Don’t be running that mouth", as they attacked him for a second time punching and kicking him.

Bracamonte's bail was set at $5,000 and he is being held in the Cobb County jail. Police are still searching for the four black men and say they may have been driving a white Chevrolet Caprice Classic with a drive-out tag during the attacks.

Savage Negroes Kill White Family's Dogs During Home Invasion Burglary

Chattahoochee Hills, GA

Three negroes broke into the home of a White family last week in south Fulton county and shot the family's two dogs.

Brandon Pettis, 20, Reshard Harris, 18, and an unidentified 16 year old negro where stopped for speeding and arrested after leaving the home with a truck load of computers and lawn equipment, which they had stolen from the home of Louise Liles and her husband, Richard Denby.

"My dogs were murdered," said Liles, the owner mourning the deaths of Miya, a 2-year-old Lab, and 6-year-old Ginger, a hound mix.

Denby told police that he is certain that he would have been murdered as well had he been at the residence at the time. "They let the police know that they were here to do whatever they had to do and anybody that got in their way they were going to take care of them," he explained.

The feral negroes broke into the home and shot the Lab on the livingroom floor and then fired a shotgun in the direction of the bed on which the other dog was sleeping, killing it also.

All three of the savages have been charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and burglary. Harris and Pettis are being held at the Fulton County jail, while the underaged negro was released to the custody of his parents.

Walker County Gives Sheriffs Military Firepower

Walker County, GA

In answer to the ever increasing number of violent crimes across Georgia, the Walker County Sheriff's Department is outfitting it's officers with military style AR-15 assault rifles in hopes of providing the ability to defuse potentially dangerous situations, which occur even in rural areas like Walker County, from a greater distance.

Officers have gone through a three day training school to ensure proper handling of the highly powerful weapons.

The Walker County Sheriff’s Department is equipping some of its deputies and detectives with more firepower, and last week the department held training sessions to teach them the basics of operating the new guns.

The new guns are Bush Master M-4 AR-15s assault rifles, the same guns used by soldiers overseas.

“Violent offenders bring weaponry to the table that our guys haven’t been able to match,” Sgt. Pat Cook said. “It is all a lot of forward-thinking on the sheriff’s part. He is doing everything he can do to make the sheriff’s office as cutting-edge and as modern as a law enforcement agency possibly can be,” Cook said. “He is doing everything he can do to make sure these guys have got the tools they need to protect themselves and to protect the public.”

The rifle school was held each day from Wednesday, Aug. 13, through Friday, Aug. 15, at the firing range at Walker State Prison. This was the fourth class held by the department. “It is no secret to the world that it is getting to be a rougher place,” Cook said, “and there is no doubts about that. Our deputies are encountering situations now where they basically have been outgunned. …. Looking ahead at that, starting last year, Sheriff Steve Wilson allocated money to purchase patrol rifles.”

According to Cook, due to the ongoing foreign wars, ammunition is difficult to come by and, when ordered, can take several months to arrive.

“What we are doing is giving them increased firepower, giving them something that gives them the ability to have standoff distance,” Cook said. “What we are giving them now is the ability to stand off 100 to 200 to 300 meters, if they had to, and engage a hostile threat with this rifle they will be carrying in the cars.

Georgia Goes Soft On Jews, But They're Still Crying

Earlier this month the Anti Defamation League, a jewish terrorist group which supports worldwide zionist domination, issued a press release stating that anti-semitic incidents in Georgia during 2006 were below the national average.

The report says anti-semitic incidents were down 12 percent nationally from 2005 and cites 21 incidents, out of a nation wide total of 1554 incidents, claimed to have taken place in Georgia. These incidents consisted of 12 instances of harassment and 9 instances of vandalism allegedly perpetrated against Georgia jews by non-jews. This is contrary to recent claims by the group stating that anti-semitic attacks were up drastically worldwide.

"The fact that only 21 reports of anti-semitic incidents were reported in Georgia last year is encouraging," said the zionist terrorist group's Southeast Regional Director Bill Nigut. "But even that number is too many when you understand that each act reflects the perpetrator's overt hostility toward jews."

Ironically, the ADL was founded in the early 1900s by New York jews, for the specific purpose of defending and advancing deviant jewish interests, after Leo Frank murdered a young White girl in 1913 at the Atlanta Pencil Factory. Frank, a northern jew and president of the Atlanta B'nai B'rith, raped and murdered 13 year old Mary Phagan, who worked at the factory where Frank was a manager. Frank, with the other jews from B'nai B'rith backing him up, first tried placing blame for the atrocious crime on an anonymous negro. At Frank's trial, the factory's negro janitor, Jim Conley testified that Frank had murdered the girl and instructed him to hide the body with a note blaming a "light skinned negro".

Frank was convicted of murdering Mary Phagan and sentenced to death by hanging. Several appeals were filed and denied, however B'nai B'rith and their newly formed, child raping murderer Leo Frank inspired ADL began a relentless campaign to pressure the Governor of Georgia to commute the sentence. In 1915, when the Governor gave in to the pressure being applied to his administration by the jews and commuted Frank's sentence to life in prison, a group of Georgians decided to serve Frank up a dose of southern street justice. Within days, they seized the murderous jew from the Georgia Work Farm Prison in Milledgeville, brought him to Marietta and hung him in an oak tree on Frey Gin Road.

This was the beginning of a reign of anti-White hatred, jewish supremacism and zionist terrorism unleashed on the world by the jews of B'nai B'rith and the ADL which has lasted for more than 90 years. The facts are that the jew Leo Frank demanded sex from a 13 year old White girl who was under his supervision. When she refused he raped and murdered her then blamed it on a negro.
