Atlanta, GACity of Atlanta patrolman Lamar Gavin has been indicted for allegedly raping a drunken neighbor and video taping the assault. Gavin, a negro is accused of encountering a drunken female neighbor at the Virginia Highlands apartment complex where he lives, entering her apartment through an unlocked door, raping her after she passed out and video taping the attack.
